How to choose a Blackout specification

Decide the light block
Blackout for bedrooms and media rooms; room darkening where some daylight is acceptable.

Pick the face fabric
Linen for a matte hotel look, velvet for weight and drape, cotton canvas for crisp pleats.

Send exact measurements
Width and drop in centimetres, plus the fixing type. We add 12 cm per panel for returns.

Approve the lab dip
Photos and a fabric swatch go out before production. Sampling starts once both are signed off.

How long is production and delivery?
Standard production is 15–25 business days from deposit. DDP air takes 5–8 days to the US or EU; sea freight 28–35 days.
What discount applies from 200 panels?
Tiered pricing kicks in at 200 panels (roughly −10%) and again at 500 panels (−18%). Codes stack with tier pricing.
Can I order a single panel?
Retail orders ship from one panel. Trade pricing starts at 50 panels per fabric code.
How do I request a blackout sample?
Order the US$59.90 sample pack, or request a single swatch from any product page — both ship in 2–5 days.
