Traceability
Every panel can be traced back to a roll.
A carton label carries the fabric code, dye lot, panel size, order number and QC initials. If a claim comes in two years later, we can find the roll and the shift that made the panel.

Factory questions.
Can we audit the factory?
Yes. Video audits are routine; in-person visits can be scheduled with two weeks' notice.
Do you produce for other brands?
Yes, under OEM and private label. Existing NDAs are respected, and we do not show client work publicly.
What is the real capacity per month?
Around 60,000 panels a month across curtain and shade lines, at current staffing.
Where do the fabrics come from?
Most are woven in-house or in partner mills in Zhejiang and Jiangsu; 500+ codes are held in stock.
