Choosing a blind
Match the material to the room.
Aluminium
Non-combustible, unaffected by humidity, matte coat hides fingerprints at hand height.
Wood
Stained, not painted, so the grain reads and the slat wears evenly at the ladder holes.
Bamboo
Hand-woven, so the slub moves across the panel. Indoors only — it moves in an unheated sunroom.
Roller & cellular
The tightest stack against the glass. Cellular adds a thermal break for glazed facades.

Do blinds come with a valance?
A colour-matched headrail is standard; a fabric valance is optional on wood and bamboo.
Can slats be replaced?
Yes for aluminium, from stock within 5 days. Wood slats can be removed on site.
What is the widest blind?
320 cm with a centre support. Wider openings need two blinds or a roller.
Measure the reveal, not the glass.
Send the reveal width at three points; we cut to the smallest and add the clearance.
