Made-to-measure goods are produced to your specification, so they are not returnable for change of mind. We remake anything that does not match the approved specification.
Size outside ±10 mm of the approved specification, heading or lining different from the order, or a fault in the weave or stitching.
Claims must be raised within 14 days of delivery through the Claims Center with photos of the panel and the carton label.
Changes to a specification after sign-off, re-measurement errors on the client side, and damage in storage on site.
Where a remake is chargeable, we quote at material cost plus labour — not at the original panel price.
Sample packs are non-refundable but their full cost is credited against a qualifying first bulk order within 60 days.
Hardware in unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days.
