These terms apply to orders placed on draperymill.com and to trade accounts opened through it.
An order becomes binding when the deposit is received and the specification is signed off. Changes after sign-off may delay production and incur a charge.
Prices are quoted per panel, exclusive of tax unless stated.
Retail orders are paid in full at checkout. Trade accounts are 50% deposit, 50% before dispatch, or net 30 where approved.
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for installation labour or consequential loss.
